"Rude, prejudice and very unprofessional! Constantly raising rates! They tried getting extra payments! Cancellation notices after I pay my bill multiple months. Dalton is never available! Worst insurance company I’ve ever had in Houma Louisiana east side Grand Calliou Road! Go where your appreciated!! Staff hangs up phone on customers when they don’t have answers to your questions. They have open racial discrimination inequality cases as we speak(public records)! Only time I’ve ever had insurance rates increase without any violations over 18 months Unbelievable! Definitely 0 stars!"
