Worst insurance company I’ve ever had in Houma Louisiana east side Grand Calliou Road! Go where your appreciated!! Staff hangs up phone on customers when they don’t have answers to your questions. They have open racial discrimination inequality cases as we speak(public records)! Only time I’ve ever had insurance rates increase without any violations over 18 months Unbelievable! Definitely 0 stars!"

"I'm not longer with them but it isn't because of them. I just received a better deal bundling with my home. When I was with them, I didn't have to deal with them much which I guess is a good thing. When I did, everyone was polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them if I ever need to."
